DBITS contracts provide deliverables-based application development projects. Payment is milestone-based upon SOW acceptance. Texas state agencies and eligible public-sector entities can easily engage Digerati Systems under the Deliverables-Based IT Services (DBITS) program. To initiate services, request a proposal and issue a Purchase Order (PO) referencing the contract number listed above.
DBITS Ordering Process Requirements
When placing a Purchase Order, the customer must reference DIR Contract Number DIR-CPO-5967. on all documents.
For engagements exceeding $50,000, a Statement of Work (SOW) must be submitted to the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) for review and approval before award.
