About the Texas DIR DBITS Program:

The DIR DBITS program enables deliverables-based, IT projects such as systems integration, application development, and technology modernization. Each engagement is executed under a mutually approved Statement of Work (SOW) with milestone-based deliverables and payment authorization. DBITS contracts provide deliverables-based application development projects. Payment is milestone-based upon SOW acceptance. Customers must reference DIR Contract Number DIR-CPO-5967. when placing Purchase Orders.

Digerati Systems Inc. is proud to be among the select HUB-certified vendors pre-approved and authorized to perform services under this statewide cooperative program.

(a) Awarded Services

Under this contract, Digerati Systems Inc. provides Deliverables-Based Information Technology Services (DBITS) in the following categories:

  • Category 1: Application Development, Maintenance, and Support; Technology Upgrade, Migration, and Transformation
  • Category 2: Business Intelligence (BI), Data Management, Analytics, and Automation
The DIR Deliverables-Based IT Services (DBITS) contract does not provide for temporary IT staff augmentation services billed on an hourly basis. For those needs, clients may utilize Digerati Systems’ DIR ITSAC contract for staff augmentation engagements.

All services under this contract are deliverables-based. Customers must issue a Statement of Work (SOW) that details the project scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria. For detailed guidance on preparing and submitting an SOW, please visit the DIR Statement of Work (SOW) Information Page.

Warranty and Returns

This contract is for services only and does not include warranty or return provisions. Any applicable service-level terms, milestones, or acceptance criteria will be detailed within the project’s Statement of Work (SOW).
